I. Order Placement
How to place an order online with Martinela.
1. Add to Cart: Browse our collections and add the desired item(s) to your cart. When you’re ready, click the Checkout button, located in the top right corner of our website, to begin the checkout process.
2. Customize Your Order: At checkout, review your selected items. Here, you can adjust details like color, size, or quantity before finalizing.
3. Shipping and Gift Options: Select your preferred shipping method and, if it’s a gift, include a personalized message to make it extra special.
4. Enter Your Information: Provide your billing and shipping addresses, along with your payment details, to complete the purchase.
5. Final Review: Before placing your order, take a moment to review all details to ensure accuracy. Once you’re satisfied, submit your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
II. Order Processing and Availability
1. Order Processing
· Your order will be processed as quickly as possible to meet the estimated delivery time.

2. Item Availability
· Occasionally, high demand may cause certain items to become unavailable.
· If an item in your order is out of stock, you will not be charged. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
· You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card, but this will not result in a final charge.
· The remaining items in your order will continue to be processed and shipped as planned. Shipping fees will only apply to the items that are successfully shipped.
III. Order Confirmation
When you complete your purchase successfully, you will receive the following information:
1. Instant Confirmation:
· A confirmation screen will be displayed with a unique order number. We recommend saving it for future reference.
2. Order Confirmation Email:
· Within a maximum of 24 hours, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.
· This email will include a link to the Order Status Page, where you can track the processing and shipment of your order.
IV. Order Tracking and Shipment
1. Order Confirmation and Tracking Number:
· Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order number and a link to track its status.
· When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery in real time.
2. How to Access the Order Status Page:
· From Your Email or SMS: Click on the link included in the confirmation message.
· From Your Account: If you created an account on Martinela, log in and access your order history.
· If You Purchased as a Guest: Use the link in your confirmation email or SMS. If a significant amount of time has passed, you may need to enter your order number and the email or phone number used at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping and Delivery Updates:
· The Order Status Page will provide real-time updates, including the estimated delivery date and the progress of your shipment.
· Martinela works with Shopify Shipping, which is partnered with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx to ensure secure delivery.
4. Multiple Shipments:
· If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each one.

· Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.
· Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors such as order processing, high-demand periods, or weather conditions.
VI. Shipping Options, Delivery Times, and Costs
1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
· Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (3:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST) on business days will begin processing the same day.
· Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
· Shipping times are calculated after the order is processed and shipped.
2. Complimentary shipping: Available for orders of $ 180 or more.
3. Multiple Shipments
· Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped.
· There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
4. Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change.
VII. Possible Issues with Your Delivery
1. Shipping Delays
· Delivery times may be extended during peak shopping seasons, major holidays, or due to severe weather conditions.
· We appreciate your patience in these situations.
2. Undeliverable Packages
· If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the carrier will attempt re-delivery.
· If the package is returned to Martinela, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
3. Lost or Damaged Packages
· If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

VIII. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
· Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. This information is also included in your order confirmation email.
· Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as payment is authorized and verified. Based on your shipping address, we select the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Possible carriers include U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, and FedEx.
· The shipping rates listed apply to domestic orders only. Martinela does not currently offer international shipping.
IX. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
· For orders requiring shipping to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each address. Each order will incur its respective shipping fee.
X. Signature Requirement for Secure Delivery
· Please note that a signature is required for all orders over $500 to ensure secure delivery.
XI. Order Modifications & Cancellations

XII. Tax Policy:
· The estimated tax amount will be displayed at checkout. The final charge to your payment method will include all applicable taxes, calculated at the time your order is shipped. These tax amounts will be reflected on your invoice.
· Taxes on merchandise are determined by state and local tax laws based on the delivery address and the location from which the order is shipped. Some states, such as California, New York, and Texas, may impose additional surcharges.
· Where required, tax will also be applied to shipping and handling charges. This varies by state and will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
· Refunds & Taxes: If you return an item, the refund will include the taxes paid on that item. However, taxes on shipping and handling are nonrefundable, as those charges are final once the item has been shipped.
XIII. Global Shipping & Availability
· Currently, Martinela only accepts online orders for shipping addresses within the United States and does not offer international shipping. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Martinela does not ship to post office boxes. However, post office box addresses can be used for billing purposes.

XIV. Order Online & Pick Up In-Store:
· Currently, Martinela only operates online and does not offer in-store pickup.
XV. Placing an Order through Instagram and Facebook
· Instagram and Facebook stores allow you to shop for products directly from these platforms. You can search for products, select your preferences (such as size and color), and add them to your cart, all within the Instagram and Facebook apps and websites.
· Since Instagram and Facebook use Facebook Pay to process payments, Martinela does not receive or store any payment information for orders placed through these platforms. For this reason, some aspects of the shopping experience may differ.
